The new Photovoltaic System has just been installed
Our commitment to sustainability continues
In the first few months of 2023 we installed a photovoltaic system, powered to 886,8 kWp, structured in the following:
- Plant 1: 455.6 kWp PV plant, created with the installation of 1,139 400 Wp high-efficiency PV modules, also equipped with an energy storage system (storage capacity of 182 kWh)
- Plant 2: 431.2 kWp PV plant, created with the installation of 1,078 400 Wp high-efficiency PV modules
Taking advantage of the soil radiation (roughly 1.300 kWh/m2/per annum) the system transforms the solar energy in “green” energy usable to our company, to reduce the dependence on the nation electricity grid.
The photovoltaic system was designed and installed by SOLAND, a very well know Italian company, who has installed more than 4.200 mq high efficiency monocrystalline photovoltaic system, to produce more than 910.000 kWh energy each year, which will be used to cover up our electrical needs.
Our commitment to sustainability goes further than the reduction of carbon monoxide. In first place, the minimum dependence of fossil fuels will drastically reduce the emission of greenhouse gases, contributing to produce clearer air and to lessen climate change. On a second note, the use of renewable energy supports us in respecting strict environmental norms and reinforces our social responsibility.
